Prepared 2026-10-21. This describes the current initial version.
Calculator inputs
Calculator arithmetic runs in your browser. The current site does not send your typed dimensions or prices to a ConcreteTotals application server. The hosting provider receives normal requests needed to serve the website and may process operational logs under its own policies.
Saving on your device
Saved estimates, planner notes and checklist ticks use browser local storage. They stay in that browser profile and are not an account backup. Delete them using the page controls or clear the website’s browser storage. Do not enter sensitive personal information.
Shared links
The Share action creates a URL containing your calculator inputs in the fragment after the # symbol. Anyone you give that link to can read those inputs. Do not include private information. URL fragments are not part of the normal server page request, though browser software and recipients can access them.
Contact form and email
When you use the contact form, we receive the name, email address, topic and message you enter, plus the page you came from, the time and your approximate country and IP address. Cloudflare Turnstile checks that the form is sent by a person; Cloudflare processes that check under its own privacy policy. Messages are delivered to our inbox by email and are used only to reply to you and improve the site. Emails sent to [email protected] are handled the same way. We do not sell this information.
Advertising and analytics
This initial version has no added advertising network, marketing tracker or analytics integration. If these are introduced, this notice and any legally required consent controls must be updated before activation.
